At Gervais is our annual ritual getaway since its opening. A moment out of time. A hotel like you can no longer see, with the charm of the old and its small imperfections. Hello Pieds of pig crust of divine grass!!!!! Lamb saddle on pdt grenaille and blette hint at Bear garlic it's a top cheese tray for me and exquisite dessert for my wife. Beautiful map of wines and staff in small care. Move from Pontarlier that is worth the shot!!!! Thanks and benevolent
