It is great. Thing about it is not just the food but the ambience. It is one of those increasingly rare experiences where the staff actually are happy and delight in looking after the customers. The chef patron is one of those guys who just loves to feed his clientele. The food is Alsace/German the beer my Favourite Paulaner from Munich. The wine local and good honest advice on what to drink. We loved it both for the excellent food the people and it’s position 20 meters from the path off the beach. OK if you like large lumps of pork + boiled potatoes - I had chips with mine ! Nice atmosphere though and often has live music, which is well advertised in advance - very busy at weekends.

We went as family to Heidi's on our last day of the hols. Heidi's is considered by many local as the best restaurant in the area. The food was good and the staff lovely. The Fitzgibbons

Just another seaside eatery but can get packed as it is so close to the beach and then...customer satisfaction is not on their agenda!
