Chez Kei - Reservar uma mesa

Disgraceful in every way. My husband and I went here for a nice lunch and we were rushed out completely. I made the reservation for 1pm and before 2pm, the staff were hurrying us out the door. They even brought us coffee that we didn’t order with the bill (that they charged us for) while we still had a glass of wine. The owner was extremely rude and unapologetic saying they close at 2pm and it was his staff who made a mistake by accepting a reservation at 1pm. Although it was the owner that welcomed us at 1pm and didn’t explain we had 45 minutes to order eat and leave. This is the worst treatment we have had in a restaurant in Geneva and 20 years. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Traveled in Europe for 12 days in 6 countries and eat at least at one Chinese restaurant every day and only found this place to be unusually expensive at what they serve, such as a small rice bowl of ordinary tofu soup costed 13 CHF and other dishes were all in small portions. Fish we ordered was probably frozen filet, not fresh catch. Nicely decorated but you cannot eat that. Only for non-Chinese, I guess.

Wow the food was amazing ,deco traditional Chinese , super staff thank you Alan and all the team your restaurant make us feel like we were in China . I love this place perfect dinner with friends and family. Harmony and delicious food . See you soon

Don’t get me wrong. It is a nice place to go, if you are not looking for authentic Chinese restaurant. Nice red interior as if it is from New York Chinatown, with westernized Chinese food.

It is hard to believe that a restaurant like this can survive in Geneve. Terrible food and worse manners. Any fast food local serves better tasting meals. Total no-go.
