the food was in order, although not excellent over the price. the service was sad old-fashioned arrogant French. the restaurant was three quarters empty on a Friday night that probably says everything. the overwhelming problem, however, was a light show that was of the common. via the yachting pool outside the restaurant was installed. this uses high-performance theatre headlights, which are repeatedly and repeatedly directed to the restaurant, and dazzles every diner unhappy enough to be anywhere near the restaurant. We have been eating here at least 6 times a year and recommending it to all our friends for many years. In March we noticed many little touches were absent, but now there seems to have been a a change in what and how they...serve there food. The menu du jour had gone or had it? Madame said we could have the suggestion which was nicely presented, but we were left unsure of what was on offer. The very limited Carte was presented on a piece of fold back cardboard which blew away and had to be chased, as did the paper sheet containing the wine list.. the location is beautiful and in summer the bay windows are open, so it is almost like to be outside. the menu is good, with a good choice of options. the ‘mise en plate’ is accurate and the food quality is high, each plate is. well prepared with complementary aromes and exactly the correct amount on the plate. small hauch of elegance and raffinesse, small appetizers and “Frivolités” at the end of the meal recommended.
