Found Louie's in beautiful Sherbrooke, Quebec. The food is very good, the staff is helpful and friendly and the prices are low. 5 stars for burgers fries. They are excellent! Even a vegetarian option burger. Portions are huge. Medium French Fry order can feed three people. 3 locations to choose from in Sherbrooke! Great atmosphere

We were a bit disappointed with Louis’. They seem to run on reputation more that quality. Poutine was mediocre, sandwich tasted like boil in the bag meat and the chicken fingers, while real meat, we un-tasty. This does not seem to slow down business tho... lots of folks come and go and seem happy enough. For us once was enough.

A little disappointed with the cheeseburger that I ordered; hamburger patty was very paper thin, bun was cold and so was the cheese slice. The fries were very good and the service was very good also.

This is the place to eat the best smoke meat. I have never eaten a better smoke meat, ever, ever. And the fries are great. Not too expensive.
