Chez Nous - Reservar uma mesa

hands down, the most amazing meal that i've had in charleston. this quaint and cozy restaurant is the perfect date spot, with its intimate lighting and ambience. our server was kind and attentive, and explained everything on the menu (so no worries if you can't decipher the handwriting)we tried everything on their 12/27 menu (save for the smoked trout salad w banyuls) and it's evident that each dish is thought out and made with care. with their daily revolving menu, it may be pointless to review the food but i'd be remiss not to mention how we used the bread to sop up the rich sauce of the fish and clashed over who got to finish the homemade pine nut ice cream. definitely would come here eve...

For people who do not speak French, quel dommage means what a pity . We had a reservation at Chez Nous tonight and our reception was not well received. We were disappointed because this was supposed to be such a special experience. My husband and I politely declined to dine there even though it was a busy weekend in Charleston with SEWE going on. As luck goes, we tried a new restaurant in town, Southbound . Southbound has been open less than a week. It was warm, quaint, swanky, super elegant, the food was great, and the service outstanding and friendly. We would highly recommend it. I guess we should thank Chez Nous...Merci

Loved our meal at a sister restaurant and could not be more disappointed in the meal we had at Chez Nous. Wouldn’t make accommodations for a picky member of our group and they replaced flounder for snapper. And they barely whispered the substitution. The three hundred dollar tab for 3 shouldn’t feature flounder. Wow. Bad
