Chez Sophie Montreal

My husband and I went to Chez Sophie to celebrate my birthday. We chose their tasting menu which had a great selection. The food is impeccable and every dish had the perfect blend between texture, taste and presentation. I appreciate good food and you can definitely see the work and creativity of how the chef selected the specific ingredients and herbs to create a masterpiece. I also loved the simplicity in presentation but the richness in flavour for each dish. Everything on the tasting menu was amazing but I enjoyed the lobster ravioli and the mushroom tartelette the most. Our waiter and the whole staff were very attentive. The food and drinks were outstanding in taste as well as presentation. I was dining alone as I was travelling for work. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very much taken care of the entire time at the restaurant. I will definitely return to the restaurant next time i am in Montreal.
