We stayed at Chic by Royalton and the resort is absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like family so kind and was always attending to our every need. Caesar was our associate in helping us to become members he was so kind to us and really took his time in explaining to us about the resort. That we decided to become members through travel smart which is absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Most of all after becoming members our member service guy Ruben Dario was so amazing. He always checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. not nice staff, average food. Don't forget to pay before consumption? if requesting a rosé despite 66 people in the same group and taking into account that most do not drink (women.conductors) it must be paid. place to avoid.
