Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

I had a disappointing experience with Chic-fil-a through DoorDash. I ordered a Cobb salad for delivery to my hotel after a long day of driving with a large trailer. Unfortunately, my order arrived without salad dressing, even though it was clearly listed on my order. When I contacted DoorDash and Chic-fil-a about the issue, they both claimed they were not responsible. As a result, I had to eat my salad dry, which was not satisfying. Despite always enjoying Chic-fil-a in the past, I was disappointed with the lack of accountability from both parties. Although I understand DoorDash's policy regarding sealed bags, I expected better service from their supposed delivery partners.

Reviewing this store as a delivery driver, but I’m sure that means good things about the food as well. I have seen this store being absolutely hammered with orders on a Friday lunch shift, and their capable staff still churn out orders efficiently and accurately with a smile. As someone who has worked in a lot of restaurants and sees a lot of them everyday, I was blown away. Your managers and employees deserve a raise- keep up the great work!

This place excels at ignoring it's customers. The employees were even told that they had a person at front counter, and I was ignored. Great food, but horrible service. Sadly, not the first time I've been ignored at the front counter here. Then I get a representative that tells me that I can't listen to my YouTube video. Where has the customer service gone?

On February 21, 2023, my son and I had lunch at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a delicious meal and my son was impressed with how clean the restaurant was. Our server, Grace, was very friendly and courteous. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful experience and amazing food. We will definitely return.
