First experience with this location. It was packed at both drive thru lanes and indoors at counter. At drive thru they actually had a worker directing traffic into appropriate lane, where employees waited with tablets to take orders prior to the window. Indoors the line was long but again employees with tablets taking orders allowing you to just pay at register. Got to registers in a minute or two even though we were at least 10th in line. Food was delivered to our table quickly and hot. Workers asked us twice at our table if everything was ok. I visited the drive-thru last night and I must say, the service was exceptional. Makaelah, who assisted me, was extremely friendly and had a fantastic attitude. Other fast food restaurants could definitely take notes from you all because you are consistently the best! I will absolutely be returning.

By far the most efficient and well run Chick-fil-A I have ever seen! Always a friendly smile, top notch service, incredibly fast drive thru and behind it all, a staff and leadership that cares about the Wilson community. Nothing compares to this chicken joint! The best of the best! Customer service is always superb! Food is always hot, delicious, and CORRECT! Chick-fil-A of Wilson doesn’t just set the bar, it raises it continuously through excellent attitude, tremendous community outreach, and obviously amazing food!

This is seriously the best Chick-Fil-A. I love the people and my food is always delicious. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They're almost always busy but the wait is never long because they are on the ball!
