Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would be employee named ERIS is absolutely somebody you never wanna come in contact with. She is rude, disrespectful and downright ignorant. I have never been so disgusted encountering such horrible staff over rotten food. I was returning food with the receipt, that was not acceptable. She screamed I had to keep it. No customer needs to be treated bad and that’s not the way a Chick-fil-A employee should act! I feel humiliated and embarrassed. I will never ever return to Chick-fil-A again and I believe that you should all boycott this Chick-fil-A because of a rude disrespectful service from ERIS.

I can’t believe this restaurant even calls themselves a Chick-fil-A! I have never received such horrible service. I can’t believe that was humiliated and talked down to and screamed at by M. and employee that called herself a manager. Her name was ERIS I feel that if Chick-fil-A serve the food they should stick by their standard if something is wrong with the food they should refund it but even with the receipt you don’t get your food checked, you don’t get it refunded and you get talk down to so stay away stay away stay away horrible, horrible horrible place horrible place!…

The quality of Chick Fil A has really gone down. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles. The piece of chicken was small and burned. The lettuce was wilted and I received one pickle slice. It wasn’t even crowded!

Seems to be impossible to get an edible piece of chicken here... order seems to always be wrong. Weirdest funkiest pieces of chicken I've ever had in my life here no matter how many chances I give it.

The staff is great, the food is usually good too.That said, something went wrong yesterday. The milkshake that I ordered regularly tasted 'weird ', so I checked what was inside (photo)
