Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

I was eating and reading and being distracted multiple times with 3 employees talking at a high volume about customer service. It was a long meeting, a 20 minute meeting, or more. Every word can be heard. And then there was an employee on his break without headphones, partaking in a video chat at high volume on his phone. Can the employees keep business at a lower level, and can I suggest the employee on the video chat wear headphones, so this conversation isn't shared with all of us ? It seems inconsiderate of their customers.

it was shown 2 minutes before the conclusion to be fair, I ordered it over my phone when we arrived there, the whole staff was still happy to serve us. we just waited like 4 minutes on the parking lot while eating was made and they brought it to my car! love Chick-fil-A never disappointed

That is the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A wow step it up guys. I’ve never had someone just slap something on my order and call it fixed. I didn’t realize I was at jack in the box. ?

I thought the waffle fries were awesome and had enough ketchup but I thought my brownie was sad..it tasted good but was dry and small....The drive thru was quick though
