Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

I have stopped here many times on my way to from Annapolis, always a great experience. A few days ago I was having a long day. Three o'clock rolled around and I finally stopped to grab a bite to eat. To add to the hectic day, I was going through the drive through and to my surprise my newly activated check card wasn't working, it was a bank error. Not having any other form of payment on me at the time I was ready to keep on moving without my food; hungry, frustrated and embarrassed. The gentlemen at the window was so friendly and politely told me to hold on a moment. He came back and told me it was no problem, handed me my order and I was on my way. Love chick-fil-a at Kent island!! We went there today for cow appreciation day and we always go through the drive through but today we went inside and it was very nice! Staff was very nice and manager was awesome!! He gave me 5 gift cards all because we waited for the cow to come back and I wasn't even upset and he still wanted to give me 5 free gift cards just for the inconvenience for us to come back or to wait!! They rock!!! It was also very clean in there for it being the most crowded day of the year!!

If there where a way to give chick fil a kent island a 10 I would! You guys are simply amazing and the friendliest staff on the planet! They go above and beyond for each customer and are awesome! Very genuine and friendly and kind people! And the service is excellent to!

Never had a bad experience with Chick fil A, but the Kent Island location in particular is always an exceptional experience. The staff is always so friendly and genuinely happy! Love this place and so do my kids.

If you don’t stop your vehicle a couple miles away and order mobile you have to wait in a separate line and it makes you feel inferior.
