Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

I have lived more than 15 years in the opposite and when this tussi opened, the service was great. the personal was great. now it has taken care of the worse. I was at this place two separate times within two weeks and the same service was received. they move very slowly. both of them I went inside, I thought I was the only one in there. two more customers came after me and ordered and got their food before me. I ask the hired what's going on, and he said he was sad and went to get that. it took 5 minutes before they could get my order. the total time was approx. 15min. fast eating was not so fast.

These lines are ridiculous inside and out! Especially inside you will be waiting just to receive your food for 55 minutes! I had to complain to the cashier three times! It was to the point I told them give me my money back for some nuggets and a milkshake. This place use yo be good but since they put the hospital here it has went down. I would rather go to the Richie station one instead.

We used the app for mobile pickup. The process was quick enough. The poor workers were standing out in the freezing cold. We were instructed to pull into a parking spot and a server brought the food to the car. The food was warm. They just put way tooooo much salt on our fries!

Elijah is full of life, very respectful and generous. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, he moved in a timely famous when bringing my order out for curbside. He also waited while I checked my entire order to ensure I was satisfied. Excellent job Elijah!!

This place is excellent. Fast and efficient set up here. The employees deserve a raise. They work hard and will accommodate the customers as needed. I appreciate the quality of the food and the service here.
