Half the restaurant it used to be. Visited this restaurant a few times in the last year or so with my family. Every visit is a disappointment for me and my family. For me because the sandwiches are kid sized—all of them—and a disappointment for the kids because the playground is pendency closed. Furthermore, seating has been reduced by about 30% due to failure of planning from when they remodeled the restaurant a couple years ago. They’ve taken away some of the best seating in the house for their side operation. This place is definitely not McDonald’s because I’m NOT loving it.
I hate to do this because I don't leave many bad reviews and I'm very honest about my reviews they can check my page. I repeated my order twice to the dame in passing and somehow she still managed to make the half of my order wrong. After I was about 25 minutes in the line, I ended up with the wrong order. I understand that the staff works long hours and works outside, but some of a decent service as expected. only one article was made of five articles in my order.
I don't always eat at Chick-fil-A, but if I do, I want to have a same amount of pickles to chicken ratio. I had 1 piece of pickle in my sandwich. I never have more than 2 pickle discs and refuse to order additional pickles as it should be enough to enjoy the sandwich. the sandwiches are always delicious, it would be just a better experience if there were more pickles.
top notch cleanliness, service and professionalism. one of the few almost food facilities, in my opinion, that go extra mile to ensure that you din or take experience is unforgettable. the manager visited our table to ensure that everything was in order and asked if we would like a beverage refill. oh yes and the spicy chicken deluxe was delicious!
