I typically don’t have any issues with this place, but it really depends on who is working. Tonight, I found myself waiting for 10 minutes without being served while others were being attended to, which made me wonder if something was wrong. Finally, a staff member came over and casually mentioned they were talking about video games. Honestly, that was irrelevant; I was baffled because I saw at least 10 patrons who could have been served before I even placed my order. He only started taking orders again when someone from track 2 noticed he wasn’t engaging with customers and stepped in to do his job. We have dined here quite frequently and have always had a positive experience—until recently. This past summer, we encountered a problem with a missing kids' meal, and just yesterday, there was an issue with regular milk versus chocolate milk. It's surprising to start having issues after so many years of trouble-free dining. When the kids' meal was missing, we had already returned home and had to call the restaurant. They did offer us a credit for a free meal, but unfortunately, it expired within 30 days, and we couldn't use it in time. Despite these recent hiccups, we still love the food, the atmosphere, and how quickly they serve us.

Don't let the long queue discourage you. They are quick at this restaurant! The service is consistently excellent, and the establishment is kept tidy and clean. This place raises the standard every single day.

Chick-fil-A is always a pleasure. The staff are super courteous and the food is always terrific! Hence the reason for a full restaurant and two lines full of folks ordering.

Ordered through door dash, and well either they ran outta fries or someone got hungry before I got them cause I had 1 whole fry and a few pieces in my box when I got it.
