When I first walked into the restaurant, I found it to have a charming atmosphere. However, choosing to eat in proved to be a poor decision. The front staff, made up of teenagers, were distracted by their cell phones and completely ignored us as we entered. The lemons at the drink station were warm and slimy, the booths were dirty and sticky, and the floors were scattered with crumbs and food particles. Although the food was decent, the unkempt dining area and inattentive staff were significant drawbacks. I ordered the pasta salad as a side, but it was unappetizing and tasted stale. I went to the Lake Mary Chicken Salad Chick to get a pick up order today. The drive thru line was a bit long so I chose to walk in. We had come the day before and had wonderful food and service so I thought it was a safe bet to come back. When I arrived, my food was still not ready which wasn’t a big deal I sat on the bench and waited. While waiting, I looked down and noticed a dead roach at my foot. So that was a bit off putting but I let it go at least it was dead. The food is good however it is on the expensive side considering the amount of chicken salad on a sandwich. It is not my first visit. A common thing happened today. I was undecided about what I wanted to try, considered something different. Long short, I placed my order and sat down. A lady and her daughter came in, undecided as well. Gwen, the cashier offered them samples if they wanted it. So when she was alone, I asked her, you offer samples, she responded Yes. My response was, funny I did not know that. I guess I am of the wrong persuasion.

We absolutely love the fresh food and have always been satisfied! Today at lunch, we had the pleasure of meeting a team member named Karen. She was a delight! Despite the lunchtime rush, she took the time to visit each table, ensuring that customers received their orders, had everything they needed, and were enjoying their meals. This place is terrible! I discovered mold in my sandwich and when I brought it back, I didn't even receive an apology! The manager actually told the employee it was broccoli! Broccoli is green, not gray! They only refunded me for the sandwich and not for the rest of my order, even though I returned everything! The food and management are just dreadful! I didn't even get an apology!

I already love Chicken Salad Chick, but I went in there on Saturday afternoon after having a rough day, and the girls who were working were so sweet to me. They were the perfect example of what it means to provide outstanding customer service and I wanted to make sure to give them a shout out. I wish I'd asked for names, but I didn't get the chance. You guys are lucky to have them!

I really enjoy the buffalo chicken salad served on a croissant, and the mac and cheese is excellent too. The addition of a pickle and a cookie is a lovely touch. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the sweet tea a bit more southern-style—sweeter and stronger.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last! I ordered the Fancy Nancy on wheat bread, and it was incredibly tasty. The watermelon tea was fantastic as well! The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Reserve uma mesa agora

Heathrow location is great food, service, and price. I have had lunch here maybe 50 times in the last 5 years. Always happy with food and order is always accurate.

A great new addition! Classic favorites like Cranberry Kelli and Fancy Nancy are beloved by the family. The store itself is also very nice.
