If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. word to the wise if you are people of COLOR please do not go to this establishment. They really don 't want you in there. I gave them the first time I went in there, but I said maybe if I try them again it will be different. IT WAS NOT! They don 't speak to you, They ignore you and when you do get to the register there 's no HELLO HOW ARE YOU TODAY? they continue to hold a conversation about high school stuff and school captains and try outs, etc. But When caucasian people come in the energy is totally DIFFERENT. First time ever going to Chicken Salad Chick in Albany Georgia. Was greeted by a worker that was cleaning off some tables. My cashier was Trinity. She was so sweet and patient with me. I told her it was my first time ever in the store. I gave her my husband's order. Then she gave me a few samples. They were all great. I will definitely be back. I do wish they had to go menus but she said they didn't have any just to take pictures of the menu is what they tell their customersParking: Parking lot was nice and clean. Easy to park. Kinda hard to get out of when busy.

$10 for a very basic sandwich small side. It’s very basic. The croissant wasn’t treated in anyway, just removed from the pack and served it was cold, not buttered and toasted or at least toasted, just cold. Chicken salad decent enough. Just basic. Nothing that will make you say, “wow that’s flavorful!” Meh. On a hot summer day, you want a cold lunch, this will do, but for $10 I can go to Sams and get premade chicken salad and a pack of croissants to feed 5 vs 1.

Went tonight to pick up a order, went to the drive thru window(never had a issue) the young lady came up got her phone and went to sit down, I sat for 5min thinking she’ll come back and didn’t, I went inside it was a group sitting down, she claimed she didn’t hear me but the group started laughing!!!

I usually get the sandwich, pasta and pickle with a small cookie, love it. Tried the salad once and I only got lettuce with a scoop so I'm sticking to my sandwich order which has never been messed up.
