Each fast food chain should imitate those of chicks fil a. They have a culture of positive, eager to work and help people who never stand around. They quickly confirm you with name, they grab your order efficiently and then like a machine, they have paid you and out there with your food (the always hot and fresh) in no time! The communication with radios that make special orders known and the quick execution of the delivery on the window of the drive through is unmatched by any other. Everyone knows this and gets through here, but if you are one of those who have never tried, fil a, it will ruin all the other fast food experiences for you... that's how good they are, and they're totally wort...

This Chik Fil A is always super busy when I'm there during the noon hours, but the line moves fast and the food is in record time when you are in the drive-thru. I wasn't in the dining room for months, but it was clean and well maintained when I was there. The staff is friendly and friendly, always helpful and happy. Really like this situation, very practical where I am right after completion there. The dining area is currently open. It's always open when I'm there, I'm not sure if it's one of the places it closes when it's lacking staff or not. Otherwise a great place with consistently good food.

Never disappointed! Stop at Roanoke, especially at Chick-fil-A, because we don't have a close place where we live. Once again, it was excellent and well talented employees. Can you say they brought something?

Awesome! Store was very clean, speed of getting food was quick. staff was so kind n friendly. Highly recommend anyone going near Salem Va stop here for good n fresh food

I only ate there and had a problem with my salad (no big thing) they were super attentive to fix. They are always super friendly and fast service. Manager super nice
