Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

This Chick-fil-A HAS to be the busiest one in Kentucky. It’s slammed busy with a full parking lot, people parked across the street, and the drive thru line wrapped around the building twice no matter the time of day and still manages to be the most efficient and productive. Ive seen them directing drive thru traffic and keeping people safe as they cross the road to get inside from where they had to park on numerous occasions and still got through the drive thru quicker than I have in a short drive thru line at any other place. Whatever y’all are doing, keep it up! And thank you to all the employees that work outside in the cold to keep the drive thru moving. You are very much appreciated.

Came in for the first time this afternoon to pick up dinner for the family. I've never had CFA, but decided on a whim to give it a go. Although I thought the cost of my meal was a little pricey, the other meals I bought for the family were priced well. The food did not disappoint. Hot, fresh, and very good. I also wanted to complement your staff. Everyone was very friendly and our order was ready fast, despite the large volume of customers in the store and in the drive thru. You've got a good thing going I'm sure we will be back soon!

The food is amazing. I love to eat at Chick-fil-A but almost every time I go through drive thru I ask for extra sauce and the same lady looks in my bag and tells me that there's some in there as if it's enough. I have even gone to the extent to orderextra when I order my food and I still don't get that. It say 8 on the receipt and I only get 6. It's getting a bit annoying. Ifthe customer is asking for extra, even willing to pay for extra, they should get it.

Going through the Owensboro Chick-fil-A’s drive thru is an experience — the joy, the wonder, the excitement, the pleasantries. Your competitors need to figure out your tricks, because you have it down to a science. I was the 15th car in line today, and I was in and out in 6 minutes flat. It’s like this every single time, and the food never disappoints. I just love OB CFA!

The worst Chick-fil-A location I?ve ever been to. Multiple times I?ve gone and the customer service experience has been less than stellar, the drive-thru Chick-fil-A employees are the rudest I?ve met. Plus, they rarely get my order right. I understandthat this is Owensboro?s only location and they?re probably seriously overworked but do better!
