They have poor customer service. The drive through staff is never friendly. Three to four days a week the system is down so the business is not making money. But when you drive up to the window they say our system is down then begin laughing. So is it really down or they don't want to work. Owners please check into your business if you want it to continue to grow and be prosperous in Sumter. Rude staff
Also she made smart mouth comments. You don't need people with this mind set working around food. Now or at no time. I wouldn't even put her on cleaning. Someone with a horrible attitude like this really is bad for business. I won't ever go back to the Golden Chick on Broad Street in Sumter not even if the food was FREE. I'M DONE AND I'M GONNA MAKE SURE MY FAMILY IS DONE.
