Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

I have had far more disappointing experiences than good ones at this location. Over half the time the fries are cold and hard or soggy and cold, sometimes both! As well as my nuggets. It's not even 12 o'clock yet and my nuggets taste like they have been sitting there under the heat lamp for over an hour, dry and hard and funky tasting....how is that even possible, when lunch JUST started??? Why would you serve that to anyone, honestly??? Awful food, good service, tho, so at least, you got that going for you.
