Chick-fil-a - Reservar mesa

I have had more letdowns than enjoyable moments at this restaurant. Frequently, the fries are either cold and hard or soggy and cold—sometimes even a mix of the two! The nuggets are just as bad. Even though it's not yet noon, they taste like they've been sitting under the heat lamp for over an hour—dry, tough, and strangely flavored. How is that even possible when lunch has only just started? Seriously, why would anyone serve food like this? While the disappointment in the food is significant, the service is good, so that's a slight silver lining.

I use the app weekly to order dinner for my family, which I then pick up at the drive-thru. The staff is always professional and friendly. While there are occasional mix-ups with our orders, the management is very understanding and works hard to resolve any issues. They also offer gluten-free options, which is fantastic for my husband who has Celiac disease, allowing him to enjoy a broader selection of meals.

I am continually impressed by the young staff at this restaurant and their exceptional service. I’m not sure how they manage to recruit such remarkable individuals, but they always seem to succeed. Their kindness and good manners are truly impressive and refreshingly rare among today's youth. If I could, I would give them 6 stars; 5 just doesn't do them justice!

Whenever I crave a fresh salad, I always choose Chick-fil-A. However, I was disappointed today. While the top of the salad was beautifully presented, the lettuce at the bottom was wilted and should have been thrown out. I was quite disappointed with my experience at the Chick-fil-A on 19. When I didn't have the exact change, they informed me that they couldn't accept my payment. That's okay; I'll take my business to Zaxby's, where they're more than willing to accept any bill I provide. You've lost a customer.

This is definitely the best fast food restaurant in the area! The food is outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service is equally impressive, also deserving a solid 5. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which earns yet another 5. I highly recommend it!

I really value the outstanding service and atmosphere they provide. The food is fantastic, and the service is prompt. While Thursdays might involve a short wait, it’s not overly long. Well done!
