Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

I am a Door Dasher and I am in there a lot! Every single time I am ignored and every time I can not get help they leave the food sitting on the shelf to get cold!!! When we go to get our own bags they suddenly notice us and run over as if we are stealing it! But there is supposed to be a spot for it????? I am about to stage a Door Dash no get chick fil a and see if the care then about online orders or the drivers that don’t get paid to stand in your lobby while the food gets cold!

I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!

I passed by this restaurant and now it is prompting me to leave a review? The food was just okay, but the prices were too high even before the pandemic. I prefer not to eat at places that are closed on Sundays. Businesses should not impose their religious beliefs on customers. Our country has freedom of religion for all, not just for Christians. I would only consider eating here if I had no other options and was desperate for food.
