Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

Waited 15+ minutes for one milkshake. I?m still waiting. I?ll update this when I get it. Edit: 18 minutes. The shake also was straight vanilla mixed with remnants of peach and whipped coffee, and most importantly, not Oreo : and not to be a bubble bass or anything but I only got one pickle. Sandwich was warm and amazing and staff was great and the toilet was fine I used the bathroom on this visit, we all gotta go at one point)

Food is always made perfect and orders come great. However, the drive-thru system needs work. I always have about 3-5 cars in front of me because I chose a track over the other. Its very frustrating when I sometimes get in a hurry and have to wait for things like shift changes, slow workers, etc. I understand that there are probably circumstances, but there must be some kind of effective solution.

Didn't get a sauce for the chicken tsarties and both the coffins and the waffleries were greasy. I feel that the prices are far too high now, two chicken pliers meals were close to $30. I feel I would have got better food at Panera Bread for the same price. I understand that Chick-fil-A is popular, but it is now fast food at sit down prices.

The wafers are one of the best things while their sandwiches are OK, with nothing more than a $4-5 sandwich for this price. I know people like their honey bq sauce, but their too sweet for me. You can avoid the long journey by picking up line of cars by going personally and placing your order there.

A very disappointed customer. Forgot our fries and gave us 2 straws for our 4 drinks. Got a half pickle on the sandwich. Stopped with family on a road trip for a reliable drive thru meal? not so much!!
