Chick-fil-a - Reservar uma mesa

Chick-fil-A never fails. I went to the ride thru last week and a new person was training on the drive thru register. The waiting period was much longer than normal. When I reached the pick-up window, the manager was there and apologized and gave a discount on the order. Not the standard 10% discount that most places give for inconvenience, but a 50% discount. So treat your customers when you know that the service was not best. Kill the competition with the absolutely best customer service I have ever received. If you discover that your order is wrong, if you can get home you can shop and they will make it right.

I just went there to get a breakfast bowl, didn 't get to check the bag before heading home. Oh surprise, I get home and I get what probably is 1/2 scramble egg and the thinnest pieces if chicken I have ever seen in my life. I mean this meal is meantfor a 1 year old.....My guess, or they should rename it the baby scrambled 1/2 egg super thin sliced chicken bowl .... Thislocation is definitely cutting corners trying to save eggs for the rest of the city. Give me my money back!

I?m not sure if all chick fil a?s changed their portion sizes but I?ve noticed that this specific location has been very very skimpy in their breakfast orders.. they barely give you any chicken and what is there is more fried batter then actual chicken..disappointing

always brilliant! customer service is always really good, the food is delicious, and the interior is always clean. I had no problem waiting in one line and the food was fast
