Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Went here with family for dinner (9/25/22). Service was good from the wait staff but the manager was rude. So I found a hair in my food, I didn?t make a big deal out of it just asked the waitress for another. So fast forward to when we?re about to pay,we?re going over the bill and notice a few things wrong, so I asked the waitress to go over it with me and she does and shenoticed that I was charged like two or three times for the food with the hair in it, and some other stuff. So I guess she tellsthe manager to fix my order. The bartender and bar was horrible on the night of 10-29-22!! Very unfriendly, she acted like she didn't want to be there, wasn't familiar with the wine selection and dirty dishes everywhere. I just came off a long shift and wanted to watch the gameand enjoy some good food and service. I should have just went home and made a sandwich. IT was that bad. If you don't likepeople or your job, GET A NEW ONE!! The manager here needs to check their staff. Very disappointed as I used to be a Chilihead. We were not checked on and had to ask for everything. Won't be back.

We've been eating at this place for over 20 years. That means we like it and the staff. Our last visit was also very good with some reduced employees. The food was good and served while still hot. Over the years we have seen some on and off, but it was never at the point that we did not return.

Thank goodness you have new staff. I have been coming here for years! The last time it was warm, smelly and the food was terrible. Bartender was wonderful, sorry I forgot his name, tennis player ????very friendly and great conversationalist. Wejust might go back if he's working the bar.
