Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The kids' quesadilla looked like it had been cooked three days ago and then microwaved. The tortilla was hard, and the cheese was even tougher—calling it inedible would be an understatement. One of the burgers had a hair in it. The Southwestern egg rolls seemed overcooked or had been sitting out too long before being reheated. To make matters worse, the waitress was exceptionally rude to another server for no apparent reason. A group of four people was seated next to us and waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take their order, so they ultimately left. I came in today with a party of 4. First, I was told that it would be a 20 minute wait to be seated even though there were empty tables everywhere. I'm a very patient person, so I chose to wait. The wait time turned out to be only 5 mins (the ONLY greatthing). We ordered 2 appetizers (both pictured): (1) the classic nachos w/ beef no jalapeños or black beans which I cannoteven begin to describe the look or taste and (2) the skillet queso w/ beef which came out extremely cold and no meat. All ofour entrees were nasty, cold, and overly cooked. Unless they hire new cooks and the food changes drastically, I would notrecommend anyone to eat here.

However, I ended up ordering the Cajun Chicken Pasta and Mango Tea, and it was really good! They didn’t give much chicken though, so I’d suggest asking for extra chicken and less noodles ???? The wait time was average, and the person who looked like the manager was doing an amazing job! I didn’t catch her name, but she was Black with red locs. If Chili’s knows what’s good, they’ll do their best to keep her around! Great job, especially since it was almost an hour before closing time.

I have to say that was not a good time . Coming to visit after years was sad to see how the are have declined. The front doors was so dirty that I thought I am in the wrong place . The quality and service not what it was . Please some one need to getthis place back in order . From the cleaning aspect to dress code. The presentation of the food especially. I have to say I amsuper sad ???? BTW the server was good ???? nothing to do with her .

I visited this restaurant over the weekend with my boyfriend and our two toddler nephews. Our server was very attentive, and the food was great. Plus, they have happy hour drinks for just $6, which is an incredible deal!
