Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

After about five minutes, he went to the back and then came out to clean off a table at the bar himself, appearing visibly annoyed about something. It was clear he had been doing nothing when we walked in. Thankfully, the bartender was fantastic and made up for the host's behavior. Another issue arose when we finished our meal. A staff member from the kitchen came out, asked for our plates, and then in a short and irritated tone asked for my fries basket. I explained that I didn't have one because I had substituted a salad for the fries. It felt odd and unprofessional. What is going on with the management at this place?

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday with a family party of ten. I understand that wait times can be a bit long, but it was frustrating that we all placed our orders together but received our meals at very different times. One meal came out 15 minutes before the next, and 25 minutes before everyone else's. To make matters worse, one of the salads arrived with cold chicken, and the salad mix looked old. The manager did come out to speak with us and did take some money off our bill, but I feel there should be more respect for how the restaurant is being managed.

Seven of us came in for a birthday, very slow service, it was early Friday but service still slower than usual. My ribeye was ordered medium, it came out well done. No one was happy with the food, not real hot either. The birthdsy man got a dip ofvanilla ice cream, not on the house, while 2 servers sang happy birthday. Won't be going back anytime soon. We have gone therea lot, worst meal ever.

Just want say Ty to my waitress and Manager making my first time visit a good experience. After complained my food being cold . Both manager and waitress took time listen and understand how important their customers are to them ! Not asking for anythingmanager took care me with discount and made my kiddos happy with desert ! Definitely will return !

I had a fantastic dinner with some delicious food. It was my first time ordering salmon, and it was absolutely awesome! A must-try!
