Chili's is always excellent! Never had a bad experience at any location in any part of the country. Edit Removed a star. I've been back to this location a few times and I've noticed 2 issues that need to be addressed. First they really need to STOP cramming crowds of people into one spot and leaving the whole rest of the the restaurant empty. Seriously Chili's NOT COOL!!! Second is cleanliness: I could smell a grease trap odor upon entering and the glasses our drinks were served in were filthy. Thankfully everything else was great. Just keeping it real guys! I'm sure these are temporary issues and we look forward to coming back again.
Not happy. Our server was great but the hostess and bartender looked and acted miserable. We wanted to sit in the bar area to be able to watch basketball but the bartender refused to accept any new customers. She only had 1 bar customer and 3 tables. 4 of her tables were still dirty from customers that left and there were many clean. That said, or food was good and our server who was very exhausted was still above excellent!
Honestly for little more than a fast food chain and way better food this place is amazing. Fed me and 3 children for 41 bucks plus tip, and the food was absolutely amazing. I come here regularly and ive not had anything I wouldnt have again. Everything from chips and salsa to steaks have been great. I will warn you the beers are a little pricey compared to other spots. $7 for a tall draft yuengling.
never thought this day would come where I would write a 5-star review if chili’s, but I had a pretty excellent experience here. great service, good food. just because I haven't been with a chili for years, honestly, not much expected, and they really enjoyed it. credit where credit is due.
