Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

My husband and I came in for a late lunch and it took over an hour for us to be served. My husband had to get up and go find our server to get a refill on our drinks and chips and salsa, took almost 50 minutes for my husband to get his drink. I understand that it gets busy at times but there were other people around us who were sat, fed then paid and left before we got a refill on our chips and salsa, when our food did eventually arrive my husband's looked like it sat under a light for 40 minutes (our server agreed) and mine hadn't even come out. He brought my food out and half of it was incorrect, they did remake my husband's meal but I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get a side of...

This is my go-to Chili's location. The food at mostly all of the Chili's that Ive visited are consistent throughout the chain in my opinion. Ive never had any issues with food not tasting right. The thing that's in question is the service. The service could be a lil bit better but when you account for staffing issues. You can understand why things aren't running as smoothly as you would like them to run. The Chili's chain has been slightly off since the Pandemic. You can understand why things are a little bit slower. Why can't Chili's get the right amount of staff is baffling. But if you don't have the right amount of staff in your restaurant. Tyrone, the manager, was upbeat empathetic in their service to a large group at my friend's wake. The area was clean, floors clean, bathrooms clean as well. The staff behind the scenes in the kitchen seem happy with their work engaged positively with each other. Their manager is running a good ship this Marine was impressed. It is too bad so many businesses don't operate this way.

Absolutely amazing service!!!! Our server, David, and the food runners were great. The food was so quick it came while we were ordering it, and the food had both quality and quantity! They kept it coming and we didn't even have to ask. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more.

I had such a great experience here! The drinks and food were very good and our server Caels was so friendly and charismatic! She made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming again soon!
