Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

This chili is so good before that I don't know what happened. my daughter ordered the chicken sandwich. When she arrived, she ate something and was disgusting. we asked the waitress if she could bring it back and only get something else, which of course my daughter would never do if it was not absolutely necessary. Once the bill was there, I didn't know they never took the chicken sandwich, so I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the manager. she assured me that I will be refunded. she took my name, my email and phone number and told me that it would take 3-4 days until the fee is refunded. that never happened. don't waste your time or your money. we ordered from the menu it’s just wings that the as separate ghost restaurant run in the same kitchen and were very disappointed. all they offer are wings or beinlose wings and fries included. we ordered the wings standing in the hope that this would be crispy, they were not, but not as tender as the fries that were terrible. they can choose a sauce for them to put on the wings, but if they want it on the side, they have to pay extra. it comes with a side of ranch dressing, but that was hot and not wanting to get food poisoning, I threw it away. eating has probably suffered because they did not stick to our time window request. we allowed 30 minutes to g...

Food was great, as always. Waitress was great. See pics below. Floor so dirty and never cleaned and guests seated at dirty tables. Cleaning solution behind me the whole meal.

simply ordered crabs and let me tell them that I love when my burger is burned on a side, that they taste the crabs o and red meat my favorite taste hmmm so good not good.

The restaurant is under staff, our waitress didn't had time to refill drinks or anything, Im not coming back, management needs to do better.
