Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

We have been to this Chili’s one other time and had a terrible experience then. Our waitress never checked on our table because she was the bartender that night and also the only waitress we saw working. The food was gross, all of our meat was dry and hard. Our dining experience took almost 2 hours because she never came over to check on us. We decided to give this Chili’s a second shot today, because we love Chili’s! As soon as we walked it in, it smelled. Our waiter was wearing dirty jeans and smelled so badly of smoke. We didn’t even place an order, we just left. So disappointing!! I will be returning to Chili’s again, but never to this one.

Brandon was my bartender. Very attentive, profesional and courteous young man. Perfect pours on the beer tap making it very refreshing. I ordered the smokehouse combo and the food was amazing!!!! The chicken tenders were thick cuts cooked to perfection. The dry rub ribs were literally fall off the bone texture. The food definitely was on point and taste a lot better than other Chili’s I’ve been to.

We received our seats rather fast. Our server was friendly. Our meal was great. Food still arrived quickly despite being a touch packed for the evening. Children genuinely loved their meals. Here, everything was in order. Everything was hot and fresh, and there was a plenty of food. The two-person dinner bargain for $25 is unbeatable.

I ordered a specialty burger and it was huge and delicious. Our server was friendly and prompt, and our dinning experience was excellent. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because it was a little loud for my taste. I'm not a young person so this would probably be fine for people younger than myself.

Food was well cooked and delicious. There are large group seats so eight people can easily get tables.
