Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Why am I still going to Chili? I thought it was a casual place with consistently good food and well prepared drinks for a reasonable price. Post COVID, while eating and drinking are still basically, the price has risen almost 50%. In addition, waiting times are high again, not because there are not enough tables, but because there are not enough servers. So I'm wondering, isn't it easy to make my own drinks and burgers at home, or should I wait until it starts to press $100?

Cold food poor tasting food.... I went to this location twice recently and in both visits the food came to me cold. The first time it was the French fries and the second time it was the beans with the fajitas I ordered. Its sad because I use to enjoy the Chillis franchises around the country but recently the quality at all of the ones I have been to has been bad. Corp needs to get involved and really focus on the quality of the service but more importantly the food.

Sat at the bar, the bartender is completely unaware of her surroundings. Ordered a maragarita and chips and salsa. Also ordered chicken fajitas to go. Not once was I asked if I'd like another drink. The bartender was barely behind the bar. Once the food runner brought my to go order, I then had to wait for the bartender to close my tab because she did not provide me a tablet to close out. Get home and no tortillas. Ugh!!! What has happened to customer service?

Great service, our waiter was attentive. The restaurant was clean and it was a nice atmosphere. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad with avocado and it tasted great.

Went during middle of week, just before noon. Good service. Good food. Prices reasonable.
