Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

I requested for it to be remade, but they simply brought back the same steak with the topping scraped off. I asked once more for it to be properly remade since it still had the sauce on it, and they hadn’t actually prepared a new dish. At that point, the manager approached and rudely asserted that if I wanted something without cilantro, I should have read the menu more carefully. His attitude was condescending, suggesting that I was unable to read. I explained that I had indeed read the menu, which is why I had asked for a cilantro-free option. When I asked how he would have handled the situation if I were allergic to cilantro, he laughed it off, stating it wasn’t a life-threatening issue....

Update: I came here again?. And how is your steamed broccoli so good? I could literally just eat that for dinner! You guys are still the best! The best experience of any Chili?s ever and we go to Chili?s a few times a year. It usually never fails that Iorder something with special instructions, like no butter or cheese on the side and it never happens the first try. BUT? thisChili?s is a step above the others. I visited on Veterans Day and, as always, it's my favorite spot for my dinner celebration or whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious burger at a great price. The service is always excellent, and the food is outstanding. I'm a big fan of the fried pickles! Thank you for supporting veterans!
