Chili's Grill - Reservar mesa

Food is good and service is good. However, the manager Chris is the reason for my 1 star review. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant. A few months ago me and some friends went in and ordered some food among the 4 of us. When the bill came to our table I just paid it without thinking much of it. We left the restaurant and I got a notification on my phone that showed on my card statement $50 more than what I had paid. we were last weekend as a group of 4. although the restaurant was 70% empty, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. do not understand the reason, as some customers have even dimmed and gone during this time. but our waitress, after we set ourselves, was pleasant. I noticed that she has not written any of our orders and was concerned. it has every single job, including the pages. it was perfect! the food was cooked well, my father loved the steak and I liked my grilled chicken. I wish I had noticed the names of our waitress, she was the best at her jobhad to reduce a star because the camouflage of the staff at the front

Went there today sat down got our drinks and three apps waited an hour and 10 minutes for someone to place our order for our food . One couple walked out after they found out we were waiting that long and another group was waiting as well. We asked for a manager he came n rolled his eyes at us cuz we were not happy with the service. We paid the bill as were walking out the server cursed at us saying I am f**king busy. FYI if u can't handle 3 tables when its dead then u should ask for help. Karla n the manger had the worst customer service. Do not go there. better off going to McDonald's to get better service lol

One of the waitresses, Bella, is the best thing to ever happen to this Chilis! She is so incredibly sweet and kind. Please give her a huge raise! She deserves it! Such a positive light, I know it must be so hard to be a waitress especially when short staffed. But she’s incredible! And as always, amazing food! Love Chilis, even more with Bella! I had a good experience here. only waited 20 minutes to sit. the appetizers came quiet, but my servant was not where to be found. I had to ask other waiters to help me with serviettes and refills. a good place to hang around and drink some drinks. hopefully next time I will get better attention food: 5/5

when we went there, the waiting period was over 45 minutes, although the half of the tables was empty. Not sure what was going on and when we asked if we could take one of the open tables, they said ok. eating was good and they have some very good options. and they made us very fast.

I order through Door dash, always a problem, part of order is either missing or the incorrect portion. no competent assistance from store manager or Corporate. Big mouth bites are like hockey pucks, the dip is the best part and they screw it up every time

Not so great the chips were very salty and my husband’s Modelo was very watered down and warm. The only good thing was that they were nice enough to remove the Modelo from our bill and my Margarita was good. Reserve uma mesa agora

Fast service. Not much of a wait if u get here around 5:30 on a friday night!! Good food!!! Good prices!
