Chili's Grill - Reservar mesa

A few days ago, on a Saturday night at 10:20-10:30 I arrived to eat at the place with my friend and the first thing we did was wait 10-15 minutes to be served when several employees of the place had already seen us and decided to ignore us. After this wait time and after someone finally decided to serve us, we were told that they could not seat us because something was broken in the kitchen and they were not making any more food. My friend and I were outraged and left the place, but what surprised us the most was that we decided to order Togo food at the same place and it turned out that they could! I?ve been ordering from here for years and when something is wrong with my order I just let it go but as of today I?m DONE with this restaurant!!! This past week I ordered a few times online for take out and let me tell you that some staff here can beREALLY RUDE? That?s why I decided to order on DoorDash and the restaurant forgot to give the driver my margarita ???? I calledthe restaurant and the manager was trying to be nice about it and said he?s going to contact DoorDash so they can send a driverto get my drink and I told the manager to please keep me updated when the driver is on his way because I can?t no longer trackmy order on the app! I?m still waiting for the manager to call me back...

We've been coming here quite a bit for a quick bite to eat. We always order the fajitas. They took away the guacamole and salsa with the entree. Our server got us chips and water and that was the last we saw of him. My S/O finished his water before the meal came. We had 2 separate servers deliver the food but never asked if we needed anything else. We do like the amount of TVs for sports. Food: 4

Wow! Their drinks are really disappointing! I can't believe anyone would make a drink like that! I've been there twice, and both times it was just overly sweet! It tasted like pure sorbet! I felt like I might as well have been getting diabetes just from drinking it! Reserve uma mesa agora

We (as a family) love chili's! However this time and even so the atmosphere was good, The service was good But the food was cold ?? , It's not fun to get cold fries Or even worth cold ribs.. We still love chili's but this visit wasn't as good as weexpected.

Understaffed, long wait for our table. Food was a disaster compared to what we ordered. Rick the manager had to help as our waitress wouldn't break up our bill separately. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
