Chili's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

I had a great experience today. I have celiac, which means I have to keep very strict on a gluten-free diet. Food is always risking a reaction from hidden gluten or cross-contamination. I check with our server through a gluten-friendly option. It came out when I looked good, but when I ate, discovered a gluten-containing ingredient that should be omitted. The waitress apologised, replaced the food and was very friendly about it. It's always hard for me to have a high maintenance over it, and I'm so grateful for their kind answer.

2/22/2022.... This is our usual visit to Chili. Tonight, when we arrived, it didn't seem to be done at all, and the bearder was just a person working. He put us, took our drinks order, food order and tried to maintain with our drinks. Poor guy did the best he could. When our food arrived, my hamburger and the bungalow was crushed to pieces, I took it off and ate it without it. The other foods were okay... The chili is our normal place. I felt the bearder did his best to keep up. We'll probably go back, I hate her service so far.

The food was really good and the service we had was really good, but like many places, because of Covid and all the free government money, they had very few workers. The poor girl was the only server in the building and she took care of about 20-25 people at a time. This led us to a lunch for an hour and a half when we hoped to be quite fast, but overall everything was really good for what they had to work.

The food was good and service was fast and friendly. Leaving only 4 stars because the cutlery was almost greasy and not clean. Knife had dried on food. Maybe you need a new dishwasher

Juan was outstanding. He definitely delivered us an extraordinary service. On our return we will definitely ask about him again. Thanks a lot.
