Chimi's Fresh Mex - Reservar uma mesa

Classic mexican fair with a fun atmosphere. Don't fill up on chips, is what I always tell myself when I get there. Alas i always do.... the chips are always hot and fresh and the salad is super addictive! I've never left unsatisfied and always had a good time. Parking lot is tight so I opt to park along the street. I'm a sucker for a good chimichunga and they deliver! I've gotten the grand chimi, as well as the pork, chredded beef, and chicken. The grande chimi is my favorite along with the avacado salad and a cold beverage. We have gotten a variety of their dips and apps and all were tasty and gone at the end of the meal. Chimi’s in Overland is the best Mexican restaurant nearest the Airport. They have various sizes of margaritas (glasses, pitchers, fish bowls and the chips and salsa are the best in town. Of course if you go to a place named Chimi’s, the Chimi is a must try. The menu items I often eat are the fajita quesadilla, mixed fajitas, and combo plates. Service is always quick and isn’t expensive. They have booths and tables to sit at, so you can go solo or bring a group. They also have a back section for parties, a bar and TVs. Their parking lot is a bit small but you can also park on the street. You can find discounts on Groupon and other coupons (website and back of receipts at local grocery stores.

We tried their Hawaiian Fajitas they were delicious. Good, fresh chips salsa. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the wait for the food was a bit more then expected bit it was well worth it. We went on a Saturday early evening by the time we left, 5:20, it was very busy! After eating there,I understand why!
