China King - Reservar mesa

This place was one of our favorites but has really gone downhill since the ownership change. A lot of the recipes changed for the worse. So it’s not as good but it’s close to home so we continued out of convenience. Unfortunately the last two times we have ordered from here the fried rice was hard with a crunchy texture. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but then it happened again. We’ve been eating here nearly weekly for over 5 years but we won’t be going back. It’s a shame. We really enjoyed it before.

We grabbed take-out from this restaurant around 8pm on New Years Eve because nothing else was open. We ordered Hunan? Beef and sweet sour chicken. Both came with fried rice and an egg roll. Neither my husband, nor I thought the food tasted good. The rice was hard and the chicken had a funny taste. The red sweet sour sauce was oily and unusual with a strange flavor. I only ate a couple bites. I don 't think Ive ever eaten bad Chinese food, but I will not return.

They forgot out crab rangoon order. One of our dishes didn’t fit in the box they stuffed it in so it was open and exposed when we picked it up, and it was very greasy. Too expensive for what we ordered. Definitely have had better Chinese food. We will not eat there again.

Save the cash you would've spent here and use it elsewhere. The food was so bad that my wife and I ended up throwing it all away and heated up a frozen dinner that had a better flavor profile than the food we had ordered. Reserve uma mesa agora

A great place to enjoy some delicious Chinese food?.The owners were incredibly nice, and even when they messed up an order they went above and beyond to make it up for our family. Would come back again.

Good food, good prices, great service fast and friendly, very clean dining room. That’s more than I can say for mandarin and 88!Vegetarian options: Added tofu to my spicy broccoli. Was delicious!

Ordered Takeout. Friendly counter attendant. The order was accurate. Best Shrimp Egg Rolls I have had in 40 years of eating Chinese in St.Louis.
