Today our first visit to China Restaurant Ruyi. The restaurant is close to the S-Bahn stop in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Parking is possible on the in-house parking lot. Spacious room layout with different compartments. The cute Chinese decoration completes the positive first impression from everything very clean and well maintained. After welcoming our reserved table at the window was shown. Because there is no buffet there is no hectic in the restaurant. Operation is fast and accommodating. We were on the way to an event in Bi-Bi and wanted lunch. Since we had no Chinese, we were looking for RuYi. Despite Saturday noon there was no buffet we thought strange. The food we ordered was plentiful, but, as other people have noticed, vegetables were few and far in between. Mostly there were masses of sweet and acidic sauce with a little very pale pineapple. We were all full and the service was good enough, but the food was not good enough to let us visit again.

We heard many good things about this restaurant and so we decided to try it. The atmosphere is a mixture of German pub and Asian restaurant. Food was good and service friendly. We'd go back.

I tried fried noddles with shrimps, but I didn't like it at all. It was salty and the shrimps were not good.
