Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was not everything to cook, including rice and the staff who need to prepare food on the front to learn food treatment techniques. Customer service also needs work. I'm a free chip and the hispanic cashier didn't know how to ring it after I scanned my phone. I'm not moving them. I'll use it next time. I'll come home and check my account the next day and I've been charged for the chips. This place used to one of the best years before. Now is the worst for several years.

This location closes frequently at times earlier then posted. This location also regularly runs out of items such as cheese, sour cream, and hard shells for tacos. The most recent issue i have with this Chipotle location is that yesterday 8/24 the restaurant allowed for you to order online, but when you arrive at the store at a little after 6pm, the doors are locked and the employee says oh well we are closed get a refund through the app. Management needs to step up here.

front doors locked 90 minutes before closing time; hair in food; 1 person who stands the line, 1 around, and a cleaning while the individual worker tries to make food. The worst situation I've ever seen. All who work on the evening of 9/30/22 should be fired except the youngest gentleman who works the line and the two men clean the grill. The women were useless and THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD. No napkins, for utensils in the lobby. Just terrible! Avoid this place.

This is now the second time that we? ve ordered online and for some reason one of the meals completely lacks the protein. And every time we paid for the double. I'm not sure what the duck is going on, but it's going to be extremely annoying to drive there to get home and then find out that the order completely lacks the protein. Don't get back from here.

Very rude cash register the well drinks were disgusting and some of the refreshments were empty! As soon as I get home and open my salad, I noticed they didn't give me any suits! Very disappointed and will not go again!
