Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the second try we have given this Chipotle a try . I am very disappointed in the order placed and the order that was received. I wish I could say the order was correct However, it was not. I was very specific. I did not order corn salsa, sour cream or cheese. I ordered a bowl. Only lettuce, guacamole, carnitas and mild tomato salsa. The guacamole was not on my bowl. No Extra lettuce, Carnitas, present, mild tomato picante was present. My spouse took a photo not to be rude, but to show what was received with the order slip next o it to show that was ordered. It was an expensive meal. Order was incorrect . Paid extra for item Items not received. I am not sure we will try a third time.

Thought this location might be better but it’s not. It’s Equal to Hopkins and Shady Oak Minnetonka location. Tables uncleaned, fountain drinks out of order and some with no syrup left. Food storage table looks unkempt. Who wants to eat at a messy unkempt place where even the employees seem to hate being there. Where are the managers or owners who could use their leadership roles to make these places more desirable to eat at? Owners could be cleaning tables. Your restaurants are gross and pretty soon no one will be going there. Keep up the good work.

I don 't even know what to say??? 9PM on May 11th: Tell me why the entire staff was outside, sitting in a car, smoking, with the store doors locked. Only after we tried the doors and got back in our car did ALL OF THEM get out and run back into the store and behind the counter. Who is the manager of this store, and who was working that night? Unprofessional and not slick with their activities .

This place is dumb. My wife wanted a steak quesadilla, and they said it’s online ordering only? Even though they made me a burrito in front of me. How dumb. Audi a it is from now on. Very dissatisfied

they only take online orders. just terrible. never come back. signs over the doors and sitting inside closed
