On June 28, 2022 at 8:30 PM, I am extremely disappointed with this place and would give it a negative star rating if I could. We placed an order and they forgot to include something, then told us to get a refund from Door Dash instead of providing a solution while my child went without a meal. The manager's attitude was unacceptable and they should be fired. This is not how customer service should be handled. I will make sure to spread the word so that no one else uses this restaurant, hopefully leading to its closure. A company that understands customer service should take over the location instead. This whole experience was disgraceful and they should be ashamed.
This Chipotle location is one of the worst in the area. I have repeatedly given them chances in the past, but the outcome is always disappointing. The bowls are consistently not filled enough, the protein portions are insufficient, and the staff always seems to have a bad attitude. The restaurant is often dirty and the food is frequently cross-contaminated in the serving bins. Overall, this place is a letdown. They need to improve and the manager should take charge.
We love their food, but their service lately has been horrible. The last time my family went to order food, the server was so rude. They were out of basically everything (no chicken, no nachos, no steak and no tortillas) and the waiter had an attitudeabout it. Why were they even open?! Plus the music they were playing was not appropriate for a restaurant, it was very explicit.
Nice location that?s kept clean. The online orders have small portions. I?d recommend coming in, but avoid the lunch rush. The lunch rush isn?t really present on Mondays and Fridays with hybrid work though. But on a Wednesday at 12p, this place isBUSY. Overall, good location that?s kept clean.
