Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to this place on our way to our anniversary trip and was astonished at the lack of care or attention to the food. I ordered a cheese quesadilla in the app and received a quesadilla with no cheese in it. My side of corn salsa was still frozen, and all of the chips were stale. Wish I could say this was my first time with bad service here, but after 3 trips here and having to ask for cheese in my cheese quesadilla 3 separate times, I think it's safe to say I'll find my fast Mexican food elsewhere.

Servers were polite, food was fresh, but why are you telling me that I can't get cilantro? I've been ordering my burritos and bowls the same for over a decade in many states. Why can't I get extra cilantro here anymore? It's not an expensive item and it makes the food taste better. Soooo disappointed.Parking: Parking is poor, but vegan options are great

Very helpful staff. The app was confusing but nonetheless, the manager helped with the order. Thanks would come again, because I love chipotle. 10/10, 5 stars. Gordon Ramsey would like it. Maybe Guy Fieri too. Goodbye.

I eat here whenever I go visit my daughter in Clarksville, it is always so good and they are always so crowded.
