There were 10 workers in the store and maybe 3 customers. We placed a mobile order and showed up 10 mins after we ordered (two of us). They weren?t done making our stuff by the time we were there. Then they realized they were making our meal wrong (burrito instead of a bowl) and had to start over. No communication whatsoever. We also ordered two watermelon limeades but were given empty soda cups instead. Went to go get Minute Maid lemonade at the fountain instead of asking them for what we ordered (we just wanted to get out of there). The food was excellent, but I was disappointed with the service provided by one particular staff member, a tall man who was working around noon on October 23rd. He did not offer me a bag for my order, refused to compensate me for my missing change, and as a result, I was not inclined to leave a tip due to his lack of professionalism. Additionally, he didn’t give me a receipt for my order, and I later found out that my rewards points were not properly recorded, leaving me unable to enter the receipt into the app. He also spoke in a low tone, seeming to avoid interaction with me, and when I inquired about my missing change, he wouldn’t respond. Deserves 0 stars, I ordered a sofritas burrito with the mild chunky salsa and when I went to eat it this morning there was beef inside, no big deal I can just take it out right? But while taking it out I realised that they didn?t put cheese in, and they put the extra spicy salsa in. They also didn?t add beans and put in the wrong type of rice. This isn?t the first time this has happened from this location either and the employees either need to be trained better or fired. I work in fast food myself and messing up an order this badly is grounds for termination at my restaurant

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I placed a pick-up order, but due to an unexpected issue, I couldn't make it for four hours. I called to ask if they could store my order in the refrigerator; otherwise, I understood if they had to give it away or throw it out. They assured me they would keep it in the fridge. I want to share my experience at this restaurant. I encountered a staff member named Libola, who was unhelpful and made me feel as though she didn't want to be there. As a fellow Black individual, I was disappointed by the terrible customer service I received. It felt like she was doing me a favor just by serving me, and she showed no interest in addressing my needs or answering my questions. This was my first and last visit to this location, and I genuinely regret coming here.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant and seriously believe it should be shut down. Here are four reasons why: First, they were out of beans! Second, one of the burritos I ordered had only a tiny 3-inch square piece of meat. Third, they had run out of guacamole, which is a major part of what makes their food enjoyable. Lastly, I found an 8-inch black hair in another burrito. Overall, this was by far the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. It was nice and quiet, almost empty, which made dining there really enjoyable. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere without many customers around, allowing me to savor my meal in peace. Plus, I didn't need to wear a mask, which added to the comfort. The air conditioning was excellent, creating a pleasant temperature. The food was also delicious. Overall, a wonderful visit!

The line cook was polite and quick in his work. The burrito was the usual humongous size that you see at Chipotle, which was good because I was ordering it before an eight-hour shift. The beans in the burrito seemed a little underdone, but that could be because I came in soon after the restaurant opened. Reserve uma mesa agora

One of the smallest portions I have ever seen at chipotle for almost $13 less than 4 oz chicken and 2 tablespoons of guacamole for an extra $3 what a shame I would not recommend that restaurant to anyone
