Chipotle Mexican Grill

I did a Web Order on 9/7/2023-at 1:30 p.m. c.s.t. and the order was fine except that they forgot to add the meat to the order, it was all vegetables cheese and sour cream. I was hesitant about giving Chipotle another chance being that their prices are expensive and quality has just about hit rock bottom....now I know that I won't give them my business in the future. To add to it, with trying to call the store, to report the error, no one still has not answered the phone, during business hours....

Went for my usual bowl and for the second time when I get there I have to wait almost 30 minutes for a pickup order. The tall young lady that works pickup had a very nasty attitude when I ask about my order.. Let’s not forget the eye roll.. When I did get it it is thrown together.. It’s food all over the floor.. Won’t be going here anymore

Every time I order food to go it’s never made until I get there THEN they’ll start making it. also I ask/pay for extra protein and they always give me the normal portion :

Terrible!!! My chicken was half cooked and freezing cold literally colder than the other toppings and the chips are always stale. Highly do not recommend

The young hispanic manager lady was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional and did not listen to anything I was saying.
