Chipotle Mexican Grill

I bought 2 $25 gift cards and when I went to use one of them, there was no money on it. I?ve called corporate several times about this and have emailed them and they keep giving me the run around. I would think a large corporation like this would have better customer service! I?m done with Chipotle.

eating is really good, but I'm not sure what happens tonight. the red salsa was spilled into my quesadillas, there was something heavy in them? the queso, which is quite amazing in the rule, was completely different, it was thick with the pieces of what seemed like mushrooms in it? disappointed

It was cold. Condemned my sister's order by guacamole that they CANT HAVE in the Burrito. Not only that, but it just pulled out of my bowl when I ate it. I have long blond hair. I know that's not my hair. Never again comes to this chipotle that is so much more beautiful anyway.

I was with this chipotle several times. The food is never fresh. The rice is hard and the meat is dry. The sections are so small. You'd think you'll get a lot of food for $15. Absolutely not recommend.
