Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't know what happened today. We arrived shortly after 17 o'clock without line and maybe eat 3 others. All the tables were dirty and garbage full. The food didn't look so fresh, but it was good when we ate it. We started eating and I guess the manager liked a song and turned the volume up and we couldn't really talk about it. This day they didn't take care of customers.

Maybe the worst place I've ever been. There were 5 or 6 employees behind the counter that all seemed either confused what they should do or not interested / wanted to do something. An employee was busy hanging around with three people I suspect she knows outside of work. I stood for an inappropriate time while one of them was helped and flirted with the other two.

This location has to be the poorest ran Chipotle in Pennsylvania. I love Chipotle food, but this location is awfully managed. They are routinely out of food, never have salad dressing, but today was especially unique. I go into the store and they have a sign ?online orders only?. It amazes me businesses can be run like this and still be successful. Yikes.

There were two people before me, the first review and payment with cash. The girl then continued to take the order of the next person with the same gloves she wore during the treatment of cash. When she came to me, she wanted to make my order, but I asked her to change her gloves because rough.

STAFF is terrible! The third time there and the same result. Rice was tough. They definitely don't care about the quality. will never be back
