The kid working the meat/front of the line section this evening (and several evenings before) was super rude, made a mess and when I politely asked for something rolled his eyes and gave attitude about my order. This guy has acted this way every time I've been there when he's working and I see him doing it to other customers too. It doesn't matter how nice you are to this kid, he acts the same exact way. I've worked in customers service and food industry before so I know the frustrations that come with working that type of job but this kid's behavior is completely out of line. chipotle was a two-week Saturday mission for me. it was absolutely my favorite Mexican food in the city. in the last 2 months the quality of the food was absolute waste. today I immediately threw the side of the guac because it was a few shades over black. the chips were a mixture of hard and chewing. the bowl was half full, despite ordering and paying for 3 types of extras. since I received my order pretty fast, my only assumption is that they use old, stale eating for delivery orders. save your money. go to gilberto. you deserve better

A pity that the general manager and manager cannot do any proper work in training their employees to wrap a right burrito. if it is not properly packed, the whole burrito tastes. Moreover, there was no sense of urgency when the second part of the burritos did, the guy was high and slowly the whole time he did. the general manager must bring her act together because the chipotle I knew I had grown up had higher standards.

my man and I have visited this situation over the years a tonne. the personal order is never a problem for us. we are recently 30 minutes away and we order now online to pick it up. every time we have ordered online, one of our escapes is completely wrong. I ordered extra fajitas and cheese but the whole meal was shorted. My bowl had an empty spot on the side and barely anything in there. it literally looked thrown together as well. and there was no rice in it. I’m no longer going to this one. I’ve gave it another shot but this had to be the worst chipotle I’ve gone too.

Whenever I crave a quick and satisfying fast food meal, Chipotle is my top choice. As someone who follows a gluten-free and vegetarian diet, I love that I can always rely on their delicious veggie bowl. The best part is they are generous with extra beans, and the guacamole is complimentary on vegetarian orders!

Waited in line for 15 mins. Got to the ordering counter only for an employee to tell me they were only accepting online orders because their machine was broken. I understand equipment malfunctions but don't let everybody waste their time waiting when an announcement could have been made.

we put an online order for pickup that is really fast in the rule when we went to other Chipotle restaurants, but we stopped waiting for 30 minutes for our food. we love chipotle, we just don't get back to this place.
