Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chiootle Mexican Grill Lorton VA I have visited the following Chipotle on several Okkasassons. Lately date 11 August 2022. And the one Truusm that is familiar is the less than Cordial, prentious, and bottom right obnoxious settings of many of these locations employees. Typically, I visited this place for the takeover. During lunch it is usually full of patrons from Ft. Belvoir and the surrounding area. In general, I did not find any problem with eating as a whole. However, I will say that it would be a pleasant change to actually get a more generous part of the requested meat selection against a plethora of rice, salad and other clothing in excess. Went to pick up an order I made online. When I got there they told me that someone had already taken it. So someone stole my order (all of their orders were behind the counter so idfk how that happened). I asked for a refund and the manager and assistant manager, Ana Reyes and Ingrid Crespin, denied it and told me that it?s my fault that someone else took my food?? they made my order after that and it wasn?t good. Small portions, 1/4 of the bowls were empty. The pico de gallo was way too salty. And of course, the food was cold ?

I love Chipotle, but I only had a very sad experience. When I told the manager that she told me, what do you want? Like I put it in my food for a free meal. I told her I didn't want anything just because she knows. I still ate it, but was sad. And wondered what else could be in my burrito I don't know about.

Don't order from here. I once had a terrible order and thought it was a fuke, so it tried again. They hardly put anything in the bowls. A joke. They have extra options and they put less I think. It's not even a normal size. I have like five chickens!!!!
